Just thought I would share what a great experience I have just had with Line 6.

My very old floorboard threw a complete wobbly mid gig with all the lights flashing and no sound coming out so I packed it off to Line 6 in Daventry, who within 5 working days, fixed it,returned it and only charged me £30 inc shipping.

So, thanks Line 6 for a great service and supporting your older product.

Andy

Its nice to hear that someone out there cares about their customers - many of the manufacturers out there are so hard to track down, and then its hard to get any help out of them. When you're talking about pricy kit like amps its nice to know that you're buying from someone who'll look after you if anything goes wrong.

My only worry with buying line 6 kit is that as its so complex i wouldn't ever be able to get it fixed and just end up scrapping it. So its good to know this isnt the case.

I've always been a bit worried that line6 kit is too complex - but then my crybaby is about my limit - with one switch on the thing!

Andy - their customer support is A1 - with the end user and dealers. Nice to hear you have had a good experience.

I have had my issues with some of the guitars of late but you cannot fault their support.

i have a line6 amp modeller pedal with one switch broken. Been meaning to send it off to em for AGES but haven't got round to it. I don't use it much anymore but it's good to plug intp a practice amp to get good sounds nice and easily when my VC15's not around/too loud.

But having read this thread I might get off my bum and have it fixed now!
